Refund Policy at the Initial Stage (Before Starting the Work) - 100% Refund

  1. Cancellation Request Clients may request a cancellation of their project at any time before the commencement of work. To do so, please submit a written cancellation request to our customer support team via email. If the work has not yet begun, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Processing Time Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
  3. Mode of Refund The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial transaction. If you would like to receive the refund via a different method, please inform us at the time of your cancellation request.

Refund Policy at the Mid Stage - Not Applicable

  1. Definition of Mid Stage The mid-stage of a project is defined as the point at which our team has begun working on the project, and substantial progress has been made. This includes but is not limited to the development of concepts, initial designs, drafts, or any other deliverables.
  2. No Refund Policy Once the project has reached the mid-stage, no refunds will be granted. This is because our team has already invested time, effort, and resources in creating custom solutions tailored to the client's requirements.
  3. Client Communication It is our policy to maintain open communication with our clients throughout the project. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with the progress of the project, please notify us immediately so that we can address your concerns and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Refund Policy at the Ending Stage - Not Applicable

  1. Definition of Ending Stage The ending stage of a project is defined as the point at which the project is nearing completion, and final deliverables are ready to be handed over to the client. This includes, but is not limited to, the finalization of designs, development, and implementation of digital marketing strategies, and completion of 3D models or videos.
  2. No Refund Policy Once the project has reached the ending stage, no refunds will be granted. This is because our team has completed the work as per the agreed-upon specifications, and the project is ready for delivery.
  3. Revisions and Modifications If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables, we offer a limited number of revisions based on the scope of the project and the specific service you have availed. Please communicate your concerns to our team, and we will work with you to make the necessary modifications within the agreed-upon scope and timeline.
  4. Final Deliverables Once the final deliverables have been approved by the client and handed over, no refunds will be granted. It is the client's responsibility to thoroughly review the work and ensure it meets their expectations before giving final approval.
